2. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly based on active seats. You can cancel at any time. Wallet funds are refundable within 30 days of deposit.

3. Acceptable use

Employers agree not to use Moment for surveillance or disciplinary purposes against individual employees. Violation may result in account termination.

4. Rewards

Gift cards are issued by third-party providers (Tremendous). Tax implications are the responsibility of the employer and employee per local regulations.
